Dr Aziz is an experienced consultant psychiatrist specialising in old age and general adult mental health. He qualified as a doctor from Alexandria University Medical School, Egypt in 1990. He undertook training in psychiatry in Alexandria Egypt before training in the UK in 1994. Dr Aziz was trained in Dartford where the local rotations link with Guys and St Thomas’s and Maudsley Hospital rotations. Dr Aziz took his higher training is South Wales as part of Wales Deanery rotation in both old age and general adult psychiatry before being appointed as a consultant psychiatrist. He has obtained fellowship of the Royal College of Psychiatrists and Doctorate Degree from Cardiff University.Dr Aziz provides thorough diagnostic assessments, treatment and ongoing reviews for a variety of conditions such as memory concerns and functional disorders such as psychosis, mood disorders, anxiety, OCD, PTSD etc. He also provides medications reviews.
