Angela Phillips is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. A Health and Care Professions Council and Euro registered Forensic Psychologist.
Having received Clinical Training at the National Centre for Veteran Affairs Palo Alto Calif., USA,. Angela has a particular interest in Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and therapeutic intervention, as well as personality disorders and management.
An advanced practitioner in behavioural therapy; more particularly Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapeutic intervention (REBT), having trained at the Albert Ellis Institute New York. Angela is a member of the International Association for the Treatment and management of Sexual Abusers (ATSA) and The Global Institute of Forensic Research (GIFR).
Angela is also an advanced NeurOptimal Neurofeedback Trainer at R&R Consulting.
With an honours degree in Psychology, a Masters degree in Mental Health and Psychiatry Angela has worked directly with challenging behaviour in adolescents as well as adults in Psychiatric Hospitals and residential settings. Professional reports for the Court include Criminal, Family related assessments, opinion of risk as well as Mental Health Tribunals.
